Panasonic — Panasonic eluga switch

I have purchase panasonic eluga switch on 9 may 2016 but it has not working from 24 febuary kindly solve my problem only 20 days is left in warranty i have visit service center lats of time but no response from them i am quite busy person and doesnt get time to visit service center many time if these wouldnt solve i will stop purchasing panasonic products.
My location is kharora, raipur, chhattishgarh.
