We have purchased panasonic led 32 inch tv from nandilath electronics, marva arcade, machingal lane, mg road, thrissur 1 at thrissur situated near to ramdas theatre.. After 12 months panel was in complaint. As the warranty period was over shop and the company was not ready for replacement or service. After continous arguements the panel board was repaired from panasonic service center at thrissur (Techno vision) spending 6000 rupees from our side.. After two months of service again the tv shown same complaint for panel board. It was repaired again by the same service center. After two monts my tv got the same complaint nw. Now there is no responsibility for service center or the company. Is this the type of product of product we expect from company like panasonic after spending 30000 rs. Or shall we have to dump the products of panasonic after one and half years o[censored]sage as the warranty period gets exhausted in one year. Please have look back about the feed backs of customers after purchasing the panasonic products. Where we want to go with this.
