THE PHONE WAS INSURED, SO I APPOEACH TO THE VENDOR FROM WHERE I BOUGHT IT, AFTER LONG TIME ALMOST 45 DAYS I GOT NEW HANDSET BUT IT WAS NOT WORKING FINE, HANDSET WAS NOT SHOWING NETWORK, AND THERE WAS PROBLEM WITH ITS RINGER AND SPEAKER ALSO.
