We bought the mobile phone nearly a year back. Initially there were some issues with the battery and speed. But later the problems kept on escalating. We must have given the phone in the service centers for atleast 3 times, and probably the phone was lying in your service centers for around 5-6 months in past one year.
Last time it went to the service center was in December (all proof attached in this complaint). After nearly 3 months of followup there is still no resolution. It has caused me huge inconvenience and mental harassment. Its even funny to see how a simple phone problems can not be resolved by your service guys.
We tried emailing (I have email proofs) and calling umpteen number of times to call center. But NO ONE, NO ONE has any solution. They are NOT even responding to the complaints. NOT replying to phone calls. Even tried calling your local Area sales manager (Indore, MP), but he also doesnt reply. NOW ITS ENOUGH. WE DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS ANYMORE.
I NEED MY MONEY BACK!
