Panasonic — panasonic P11 not returned from service station at Andheri-Mumbai | |||
My panasonic P11 mobile was given for servicing on 8th June 2015 as my touch panel was accidentally broken, I even agreed to paying 5000 Rs as said by the service station at time of submitting my mobile for repair. After that they did not return by mobile till date, even though I had been making repeated calls. They also said that the mobile I had submitted them had been lost in transit by the service station from Delhi to Mumbai white repairing. However, between this time my original jobsheet got misplaced and even though I am eager to pay teh repair amount, have the original bill, the scanned copy of job sheet that states I am the consumer, but even then Panasonic service station Andheri says that they will not give me back my mobile. This could be understood only if they were not late in returning my mobile on time in the first place, they have been the most callous service I have seen till date.
