I have purchased P41 HD handset on 11/03/2015. In December & January 2015 I have given the handset to Company's Service Center. As phone was charging negatively and once battery gets below 50% it will automatically shut down. the phone is returned after reset of software & telling you memory card is not supporting. This happened 2 time.
since that time I thought it may be the problem of Battery so I was asking the service center for battery. But they have shortage and said order is given to company. If company provides we will contact you. Now phone is not working at all. So On 21/03/2015 I again submitted to handset to Service Center they are telling it require 1450/-. Due to delay, misguide, shortage of battery it is details and warranty lapsed by 10 days. So it is responsibility of company to solve the problem. Was this information helpful? |
