Panasonic — Panasonic p81 service

Service reference no:KJASPCN058214K63 I gave my panasonic p81 for service in local service center refered bypanasonic customer care. I gave my phone on 27/dec/14. In local service center, they said "they cant repair here and should send to company" Till now i did not get my phone back. I want to know my status of mobile. If i say to someone that i gave my phone to service for two months, they will laugh at me and laugh at the company. Panasonic service is the worst one i have faced. I bought my phone on amazon, on October and i have my warranty. I want my phone to get ready or i need replacement.
