I would like to file a complaint against Panasonic Service company here in Bangalore, India.
I first lodged a complaint in the first week of May 2015 with Reliance (authorized dealers of Panasonic) from where I had bought my fridge in 2012. The only problem with my fridge was that it was building ice in the ice compartment. Reliance people sent a technician "Ravi Kumar" to attend to it. But he messed up my fridge. After his working on my fridge, it simply stopped cooling my top fridge area as well and would not freeze any thing in the freezer compartment also. Then Reliance people took my fridge to their service center and kept it there for 2 weeks but even after their bringing it back, there was no change. The fridge was still not working any differently.
I finally called Panasonic people and lodged a complaint. They sent their technician to look at it. Their technician, Nayaz, declared that it needed gas filling. They keep saying today-tomorrow but no one has visited my place so far. Since June end, 2015, they have not been able to resolve my issue. I don't understand how you can treat your customers so badly! When you have to sell your product, you make so many false promises of giving good after-sale service etc.
So, you tell me, who will solve my problem? Your authorized dealers Reliance or you Panasonic whose product I have made a mistake of purchasing?
Future customers, please be aware of Panasonic products. I am warning you, they don't have knowledgeable and competent technicians for after sale service. Their service centers are no good. They will frustrate you to the extent that you will repent why you purchased their product. Was this information helpful? |
