Panasonic — Panasonic tv - delivered a defect product | |||||
Hi, I have bought a panasonic led 24" tv on 20th april, 2016 and within 15 days i. E. On 7th may, 2016 the display of the tv was not working. How come a new bought tv whose display will be a defect?? I have raised a complaint to panasonic customer care as well and they sent me a service guy who checked it on 9th may, 2016 and promised me that it is a defective product and it will be replaced within 7 days. Today is the 11th day from the day of visit of the service guy and still i'm yet to receive any update from the panasonic service center situated in chennai. Is this the way you treat your customer who bought a tv from your company on his own money believing your brand name?? I dont want a repaired part. Why should i get a repaired part for a defective which has gone vain in just 15 days. Please prioritize this request and refund me the full amount at the earliest.
