Panasonic — panasonic tv not working well under warranty person visited twice no success | |
My panasonic tv not getting on itself and its pending for almost two weeks (Since oct 3rd) and the panasonic person visited twice, first (Oct 7th) circuit board is faulty and need to be replaced and the next time the engineer came (Oct 11th) with new board and for my shock it is also faulty as per the engineer. I do not know why it was not tested before coming to customer location. It is compete time waste and as per them they will come with new board this weekend and no one gives assurance even the asm i contacted whether it will work or not but no assurance. Im struggling to get this done since 2 weeks Panasonic complaint no:r[protected] If this time not worked i need a full tv replacement Was this information helpful? | |
