Panasonic — Pathetic service response to resolve the mobile handset repairing | |||
I had purchased Panasonic Eluga U in 2014. I met with an accident in august 2015 because of which, the handset got damaged. Its touch pad was not working as the screen as well as the back panel was broken. The handset was given to service center. Since then after around six months, the handset is still not repaired. Twice the service center people claimed that the unit is now in working condition and gave the handset (the back panel was not replaced as there was a shortage in the company itself). However the touch screen response was erratic and was malfunctioning. Again they took back the handset. After following up for further one and half month and asking for giving a new handset instead of repairing this handset, the service center returned the same handset claiming that it is duly repaired (this time also without replacing the back panel). Monitoring 2-3 days there was a problem of network frequently going off. And suddenly it got switched off. Again the handset is given to service center on 19th Jan 2016. This time instead of repairing this handset, I want replacement with fresh one against this. Was this information helpful? | |||
