Panasonic — Phone is not proper working | |||
I had purchase my panasonic eluga i on dated 01 march 2015. Last three months i have visited many times to service centre. But my problem has not been resolved. At the 2 nd day of the purchase the phone was hanging and not proper working. Yesterday i have gone to service centre they said that touchpad has been changed and it will take 1 months for repair. I have purchase this brand mobile on faith & service. This is not justify to customer. Near about 2-3 months about date of purchase but i am really facing problem. Either you can changed my mobile with same cost from other or to provide my mobile with completely ok condition in a 1-2 weeks. My contact no. Is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
