Panasonic — phone still not repaired even 28 days passed

sir, i submitted my phone on 30 april 2015, having a problem of touch faulty, service centre told me to provide my phone back with in 10-15 days it almost double the days they told me, now i am calling to service centre, they just pick my phone, and put on hold, and if i call on panasonic toll free no, they asked me again to wait for 10 days, i just have to leave jaipur, as i have job in another states, my all documents and other private datas are saved in my phone, and i am not able to access anything without my phone, plz solve this issue as fast as you can . name : Pradeep Kumar Bansal
