Dear Sir, I have purchased the above said television from H.O.T (House Of Technology) on[protected] I am surprised to see the quality of products provided by such a well reputed company.Quality is just one part, the after sales service is one in which your customer begs for service and the OEM prefers not to assist the customers.I have been coordinating with you right from May 2014. But till date, you have not provided any solution nor has an alternative been provided for viewing.I have purchased a television with the best viewing capabilities and all features and have also readily spent my hard earned money because I expected a quality product. Being such a huge organisation, it is really sad to see the way the customer is being treated.Due to your misleading attitude, I have been forced to purchase an alternate television for viewing. However, I have invested a huge chunk of money in this product and have also purchased all original accessories which are compatible with the unit which are now a complete waste for me.Kindly note that now we both need to come to a conclusion. Please note the television is well within warranty and as per your terms, since the product is faulty you are suppose to replace it.I understand every organisation has a method for communicating. However, since we have very well crossed that limit. I give you 48 hours to give me a solution by way of mail after which I will be forced to initiate legal action against your organisation.NOTE: Please reply via mail for the same.
