Panasonic — Poor After Sales Service | |||
Dear Team at Panasonic, I am utterly disappointed by the after sales service provided by your team. I had purchased my LED on 14 Jun 2014 in Thane from Kohinoor Showroom. on Feb 11, 2015 the LED suddenly I called your service centre and put the complaint, I did get a call from your service centre and the technician did visit and check the TV and said the Motherboard had gone. Its almost two week and the TV still is a frame on my wall, neither have I got the part replaced or a replacement for the faulty TV. I have to regularly follow up to know the status otherwise there is no communication from Panasonic end. I bought the TV for Panasonic but seeing the after sales service I don't think I will recommend Panasonic to anyone. Sale is not all about selling but retaining a customer, don't think Panasonic believes in this policy. I have a senior Citizen and a handicap person at home whose only entertainment is the TV, plus we have missed the ICC matches the crucial ones. How is Panasonic planning to compensate the customer. Looks like Panasonic does not believe in customer loyalty. My Complaint no. is R[protected] I hope the management of Panasonic takes in consideration complaints of their customers and changes their image before its too late to gain back their clientele.
