Panasonic — Poor After Sales Services | |||
I PURCHASED Panasonic Mobile P 55 on 8 Dec 2014. I gave the mobile to the service center on 13th August 2015 and till date not received it back. The reason of Mobile touch was said that it is dead and there has been liquid damage. I tried to search it out but the reason of liquid damage was not a satisfactory answer because neither my mobile was dropped in water nor any water was dropped on my mobile then how it can be possible that there has been a liquid damage and till date i have not got any answer on this matter neither from the retailers nor from the service center.
