Panasonic — poor service of mobiles in the service centres | |||||
I have panasonic eluga i2 (2gb). I went to the panasonic service centre-"raj communication" at padrauna (Up) on july 19, 2017 but the service centre there at desired location as in panasonic website told that they have stopped giving panasonic mobile services. Next i visited another service centre - "icon ts" on july 20, 2017, located at basharatpur, gorakhpur (Up). I have a problem that my mobile display is not reponding and my mobile is within warranty period which is a condition of replacement of handset. But the service centre told me that you have to pay for it and demanded money for their service. I have told at the service centre that if it does not get serviced soon, the warranty period will get expire. I have sent many mails to the company but the problem persists as it is, till the date of today. The company does not satisfactorily reply or respond to any of my calls or mails.
