I want to complain about Panasonic Air Conditioner (CU-KU12WKYF) with serial no: 203PAJCJZU01035 that I purchased on 2/12/2020 (Just above 1 year) from Nandillath G mart, Pattambi ( Invoice number: PTBY-[protected]).
I had purchased 4 Units (2 x 1ton and 2 x 1.5ton) and 3 of them are working fine and this unit is keep giving trouble. We had multiple Panasonic Engineer visit during the 1 year warranty time for the same issue.
When we complain about the cooling the service engineer first refilled the GAS and then later he found some leak. still, there was no improvement and they drained all the gas and then refilled it completely.
After refilling the gas this unit was still underperforming compared to the other unit in terms of cooling. The service engineer informed us that it would take some time to open up the gas and it will get it fixed.
We don't use the air conditioner every day and now the summer is started. Now I see the same issue exists. I am getting hot air from the unit and not having any cooling effects. we just checked now and it had the same issue which was reported during the warranty period. it looks like the refilled gas is getting out slowly or some other issue.
I had multiple home appliances from Panasonic and to the day I am happy with the products. this incident was taken very bad impression and totally dissatisfied with the support/response.
I had raised a ticket R[protected] and had no response from Panasonic. Your customer support is pathetic and the person who accepts the call does not have empathy. I called customer care 8 times and they don't even speak properly. Panasonic — Carelessness, irresponsible, negligence in the services. The local authorized service centre is pathetic!!
Why would anyone go for Panasonic products as there are 100 brands available in the market? I had trust in Panasonic Products and services now I am totally dissatisfied. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.
