Panasonic — Regarding Eluga U back cover

I had purchased Panasonic mobile Eluga U two months ago, its back cover damaged. I had given for repair in Panasonic authorised service station at ND Trader G-6 Vardhman Mall GT Karnal Road, Delhi on dated[protected], they told me that they had forwarded the request and I will get mobile in 20-25 days, but till dated I had not received it & I am facing much problem. The details of phone is furnished below for your ready reference. Only Panasonic takes that much time for replacing parts, from last 40 days they are not getting back cover & even not giving any answer how much time will it take. I they don't have the part then why they are not giving the replacement of mobile. I am mentioning the details of phone & service centre EMI No.- [protected] Service Request -1503 I am attaching the mail correspondance with panasonic for your ready reference. Please heip to provide the hand back with new back cover or replacement with new handset.
