Panasonic — Regarding free service - split air conditioner | |||
Dear Sir I have purchase one split Air Conditioner on 07.04.2015 - and as per company policy three FREE services will be given by company. Company cannot keep record for the same. As per their customer care service person's information - warranty period is complete, now company can not give free service. Last service is still pending. When I call for last service, now no FREE service will be done. It is our responsibility to inform to customer care service to inform regarding FREE service. Was this information helpful? | |||
