[Resolved]  Panasonic — Regarding the very Inferior quality of GD21 Panasonic mobile phone.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that regarding the very Inferior quality of your mobile phone GD21. It was purchased by me on 01.09.2014 but it was found defected when I received, problem was related to network connecting. So your Gurgaon service centre was visited by me to repair the same & a network antenna was replaced by your service centre engineer . But still I am facing same problem in this phone . As this is a Panasonic brand product it was not expected by me that Panasonic products will give this type of performance. Repeating service centre visits not possible to repire the phone as this cause waste of time & also frustrating job. So, As a help from Panasonic I want to replace my phone with new phone by e-services & also as a Customer will suggest to you pl. maintain your products quality so that Customer faith can maintain on Panasonic Brand.
