Panasonic — reminder latter of mobile repair

Sir. With reference of all enclose document. I wish to polite say and last reminder for sending my mobile or taking action for same. Your last many reply and discuss by customer care and repair service center are not satisfactory. Hence I am going to writ complain in consumer forum as the request number 599326. I have not received my phone from past two month and above. Due to delay on Panasonic side my warranty period is being cut short and I am not being able to use a product that I have paid for. Another non satisfactory reply and non receiving of phone will result in legal action for you and Panasonic repair service centre (anuragni electronics).
