Panasonic — Repaired mobile getting frequent fault

I have given my mobile for repair on 28 Oct 15 for display problem and same was returned on 27 Nov 15 which was tested and found mobile again not working. Same problem has been reported to the service center on 04 Dec 15 due to service center was closed for 03 days.
Now service center has given a new job sheet for the same but till to date no reply received from them
