Panasonic — Ridiculous / pathetic after sales service | |||
We purchased a split air conditioner (2.5 ton). We requested for after sale service to panasonic call center no.[protected], [protected] but they did not respond properly. We raised complaint for our ac on 20-mar-2016, there person said engineer is on the way... Today is 25-mar-2016 still on the way... Not sure engineer travelling from japan or some other country... Escalation team mr. Sachin then transferred to mr. Gautam/gaurav... Even we tried to calling their local area manager mr. Pravin but no response (Simply not picking up the phone) Model# cu-ys24rky Service request# r[protected] Case # r[protected] So pathetic service... Ridiculous...No good word how should i express... Dont know what to write... Owning ac restaurant and restru is closed since last 5 days, as ac not working and no one available to resolve the complaint... Was this information helpful? | |||
