Panasonic — Rude behavior at service centre by staff at ayushi electronics, m-115, yashwant plaza, opp railway station, indore phone no [protected]/[protected]

I had purchased one Panasonic E luga S mobile hand set on 26/12/2014.But for last 2 months problem regarding getting contact details and call details history . Some how I got late in contacting any o[censored]r service center for issue with phone. and lastlt visited M/s Ayushi Electronics situated at address given in column above on 06/01/16 by that time period was over.I paid their charges vide cash receipt no 2069 dt 06/01/16 and I was told that software has been updated. I was attended by Mr Abhisek Joshi. He told me that if it still does not work properly come again. I again visited that service center ang again complained same problem. But still what the person did i do not know. Today ie 19/01/16 I agin visited but Mr Abhishek Joshi came out with some irritating reply there hot exchanges and challanged me that Iie me can complain where ever I want.This is to bring to your notice. My hand set continue to have problems.
