Panasonic — Seal opened product

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a SMART TV from Meenakshi fan house, Madurai, Tamil Nadu on monday(08/08/2016). that day they dint have stock so they promised me that they will send three days later. and today (12/08/2016) at 11 p.m.(night) they delivered the SMART TV with seal opened box. soon i called the Bajar Deen, the Sales Head regarding this. He replied that PANASONIC company itself send the product seal opened and so the store. but i doubt to accept the product whether it is original or any duplicate with your brand name. so help us what to do further.
