Panasonic — service | |||||
I purchased one 2 ton split ac in 2017-18.. Now, since beginning of this season the ac cooling is not at all effective... I have been complaing in this regard several times. Panasonic authorised service centre people come to my place... Take hours in the process of rectifying the problem which is unknown to them... They advised us to escalate the problem to the senior of panasonic... We have been suffering badly in the summers due to failure of panasonic ac (Which is costlier than many of the other quality products available in the market and is sold with lot of promises). I also atteched screenshot of complain which i registered... With the teachnician name, date and time.. This is the level of panasonic commitment towards services to its customers. We aldready complaint about our tv till now no response.. pls take action immediately..we got aldready this prob 2 months back and waited for 15days and paid 10000 after tht tv was alright..now again the same prob..
