My TV stopped working one month ago and the service engineer from Panansonic informed me that the motherboard is gone and the company does not provide spare parts any longer. After many complaints, they demanded my invoice. On providing my invoice, the company said, they dont have the parts and it is 5 years old and hence there is no settlement they can offer, either.

I demand that the company provide the required spare parts and compensate me for downtime and pay me for a new TV I had to buy to watch FIFA World Cup.
