This is to bring to your notice that we purchased
PANASONIC CS-LU18YKY-1 3S INDOOR+OUTDOOR split aircon on 27th Feb 2023 .Past 2 days the aircon is not cooling and hence we raised our concern with customer service team .The assigned a job to the technician. We received a call from the service centre department that the installation may have gone wrong hence we need to contact the dealer from where we bought the aircon.
How can without even visiting the site the technician has come to this conclusion and not ready to help us.The dealer is also telling us to contact Panasonic. We as the end users are not getting to use our aircon since 2 days and we have a small baby at home .These people are making it difficult for us .This totally unacceptable and zero customer centricity.
Please help and fix this issue.
