It makes me truly displeasure to write this complaint with respect to my experience with the Panasonic Mobile & Customer Service Center.
I Abhishek Upadhyay new user of Panasonic Mobile Eluga S had not given a thought while purchasing the handset that such a reputed MNC will serve their consumers in such an ill mannered.
My Handset didn't even a last for two months and the phone was dead. the Handset was submitted to the service center on 24th June 2015 and it reached to Panasonic HO on 26th June 2015. Today its been 2 weeks and the product has still not got repaired.
I really don't understand what is making you to take so many days to get one handset repaired. if you have reason saying there are backlogs then it means there is some defect with your technology as you have so many defective handset, if you have reason saying there was no spare available then that too is not acceptable because i have handed over the phone for repair in Panasonic mobile co. who currently manufactures the same brand. There could be no justifiable reason to take 12-14 days to get one handset repaired.
Today i called your toll free number and when i asked to transfer the call to senior person who can address the issue genuinely, your unprofessional exec kept me intentionally on hold for long, i called thrice but no one transferred the call to address the issue. I am not here to keep tracking everyday and waste may valuable time. Your product didn't last for two months and i had to face all this issue, over and above i lost my data, i am sorry i am not going to bear this anymore.
After referring to other complaints on this forum i understand the quality of your service and level of seriousness you invest to address the issue.
Its truly disappointing, I sincerely request you to address the issue in a day. Was this information helpful? |
