Panasonic — Technician is not responding

Sir I have complaints dated on 25.11.2015 for LED T V 32"MODEL N. IS TH-L32E5D after checking the tv he says that MOTHERBORD is not working so we change it. But after 20 days tecnecian Sarthak and Engg.Mr. Ravi Sethi is not responding my call . I have trying many time but mr Sethi only sms that i am drswing wright now So i request to you tell me pls how many days we suffering
