This complaint is against mr. Ram yadav area service manager, panasonic, miraroad - e. He doesn't know how to speak to customers decently. He is abusive when he s speaking even to lady customers. The technicians he sents to handle the complaints of electronic appliance are not capable enough to solve the problem on top of that they r mishandling and destroying the parts of the product.
