Panasonic — Tower ac compressor is not working

To, Panasonic Dear, i priyam verma from Chaharshu chauraha Jaunpur (U.P) East. I am not Satisfied from your Panasonic service because i had purchase panasonic tower AC and its panasonic compressor MODEL NO. CU-C28FFH and SERIAL NO. [protected] is not working due to Technical fault and it's under the Warranty, So i had complain to service center in varanasi before 45 days till now no any response i get from panasonic service center only giving excuse to us. I am very very sad from Panasonic service and we will never prefered for future purchasing if you unable to resolve my problem.
