Panasonic — Tv under warranty - but defective - complain no. R[protected] | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Unfortunately I had purchased a LED TV which is not working now. I had made complain regarding the same, however after 15 days there is no +ve action from a reputed company like Panasonic. The TV is under warranty. The attitude of your local appointy service centre is very rough and useless. If you have no parts available with you please replace the TV and issue me a new one, why unnecessary I wait so many days. If you cann't provide service to your customer for more than 15days it is better to take your product and return back my money. We dont expect this type of attitude and negligence from Panasonic like a reputed company. After 15 days you can't rectify your product then whats the point buying your product in future.
