Panasonic — Tv will shut down after it ran for an hour and it will shut down and restart again then 1 minute once it will shut down and start

Panasonic Viera TH-L32C5D. Issue started from 18/07/2015. If I run my tv for an hour it will shut down by itself then it will restart within a minute and again it will be keep soing the same. If I switch off my tv for 20 minutes or an hour, I can able to see the TV for another hour. What will be the problem? We thought it might be small issue and called authorised service center but very disappointed with the service. Just that person opened the tv and told might be mother board problem and Got 300 Rs as service. I wanted to know what is the problem.
