My Name is Dipali Pawar, I am from Mumbai. I had purchased Panasonic LED TV 32 Inch. I purchased this TV a few months back that is it before 6 months and now Screen is Crash. I contact to customer service they give me complaint no.[protected] and said called to Mr. Sachin mobile no.[protected] and they told me i have to pay Rs.15000/-. But why should i pay such high amount as my TV is in warranty period. So just tell me whether you are giving me replacement or not. So that I can take further action. Please contact me as soon as possible, otherwise I have to suggest my friends and colleagues that don't buy products from Pranasonic Brand as they have very low quality products and service is also not good.
