Panasonic mobile-eluga a2 was given to repair on 15 sep 2017 due to optimising problem at switch on the mobile data at your authorised service centre hari balaji electronics, kolhar, ahmednagar. Company replay dt - 29 sep 2017 that "your sr rvsrn1709hbe00019 has repaired. Pls. Visit service centre within 5 days to collect your device." But after many visits & communications the firm has told that, the said mobile was still awaiting from company & hence not delivered yet.
