dear sir i submitted my ELUGA S PHONE for repair on 30-4-15.it was promised to be dilivered in 15-20 days.but your helpline says more 10 days.
i am surprised this kind of poor post sale services from the co like you.
i have international business.all my datas are with the phone.i m facing very much problem.
i want to ask why one should purchase your co's products when the post sale service is so poor?
even you are charging me for service.
so totally unsatisfactory.
