I have purchased a panasonic fridge on 6th Dec 2018 from Sargam electronics, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
the product has a defect that there is water leakage in every few months .
on escalating issue at customer care, they send a service centre person and everytime they themselves accept that it is a model defect and even in warranty period I asked for product replacement but they did not give it, and after warranty period was over every time for visit I am asked to pay 500 rs for visit even when I am the once who is facing leakage issue since beginning and provided with no replacement but only modifications of some sort every time and again the problem has started .
I kept asking for product replacement since warranty period but it was not attended to and only some plug / tape was put to modify it either by service centre or by company but problem is there evidently. I need a redressal now for this solution and no amount of modifications can be taken now. Replacement is the only solution. in past 2 years, during COVID I could even get timely service as technicians were not available and then either us or them were in midst of being positive and today again same issue is there. I cannot keep doing this every year or 6 months when it is already established that it is a model manufacturing defect by your own team. I have paid fully why should I suffer.
