I purchased a water purifier but because of bad communication and absolutely no co ordination between service dept and the engineer asigned for the job i got annoyed and returned the product and i get an SMS saying request cancelled as the unit is working properly. if this is the case how will you rectify the mistake and give service to the customer.
i had a good opinion of the company and the product. In spite of so many advertisements in media from other brands i selected your product but this is the experience i had to face really feel sorry for the Product and Company.
