In My 2nd I purchased a water purifier and after a month it started malfunctioning. Even though we don’t use the water, water automatically goes through waste pipe and refill around 700ml water at every 30 mins. For last 1.5 months Panasonic has been trying to repair it, however they are unable to fix it. I have opened more than tickets and every time the engineer comes and spend three to four hours trying to repairing it. At the end, they engineer goes back saying this can’t be fixed and we will replace the unit which never happened. They have changes multiple parts few times and once they took the device to their unit, however none of them fixed the issue.
They promised to replace the device, however later they retract their statement as head office push the Branch office for repair and send the person again. It becomes a pain as I have to leave my office and work and spend half-day with them. This also causes waste of water and electricity. The water quality also degraded after this issue started.
Complain Numbers: They close the ticket without even checking the customer and without fixing the issue. Hence I had to open multiple tickets
