Panasonic — When my washing machine repair ?

I have filed a complaint from regarding my washing machine is not working (in warranty) but its reach 12 days but my problem is still not resolved . i already complaints many time but they close my complaints and service manager not respond to my call /msg .
This is very bad behaviour from panasonic
my family is in pain from 12+ days and still have a hope is my problem resolved or not
