Sir,
I am concerned as an advocate for my client mrs. Manasi dattatraya godbole and upon her specific instructions, i would like to address you as under :-
One friend of mr. Janardan p. Godbole, namely, diksha palande came to my client being sent by mr. Janardan p. Godbole, who is the uncle of my client’s husband. That mrs. Diksha brought the scheme of pan card and thereafter my client had invested rs. 50, 000/- rupees fifty thousand for five years in the scheme.
The said scheme matured in january, 2016 and therefore, my client contacted diksha palande. Who in turn approached my client and taken the original policy of the pancard for redemption. It was also submitted to your office for redemption and encashment.
Said diksha palande told that the company i. E. Pancard is not refunding the matured policies and she had also given the following list of her customers to whom the company has not paid the agreed amounts.in that list my client is at sr. No.6. The list of those persons is as follows :-

You are made clear that if the amount as agreed is not paid to my client within 21 days from the receipt of this notice, my client would be at liberty to file appropriate civil, criminal case against you and your company which may include the offence of cheating u/s. 420, the offence under the m. P. I. D provision and so on.
That apart said diksha palande has also provide the following list of some members/ customers had also invested amounts in monthly scheme. The names of those members/ customers are as follows :-

If the amount as agreed by you is not paid to my client, then the criminal case with the police station concerned and the economic offences wing will also be launched and you will be solely responsible for the costs and consequences pl. Note.
At the cost of repetition, you are made aware that failure on your part to refund the entitled amounts to my client, my client would initiate the appropriate action as indicated above against you, the company and all defaulters defaulters, abettors, instigators, members or involved persons in the said scam and to reply this notice within stipulated period of 21 days from the date of receipt of notice, you will be responsible for all the costs and consequences as mentioned above, pl. Note.
