              Hello team initially I have applied for pan card and entered all the details, while trying to do the payment the transaction got failed.

              So I had to do the process again by filling details and do the payment. Now I got my application generated twice. My two application I’d are
              1. OrderID is SR-[protected]LO
              2. Your OrderID is SR-[protected]LO

              Please let me know how can I get refund.

You people should be more genuine and try not to fake people. You have not informed earlier that the documents need to sent by courier or post. Cancel my application and refund my money.                                       I had Send my PAN card Application form in hard copy along with proof (OrderID is SU-[protected]N) on 18/05/2021 through DTDC courier service. After tracking ON 26th May 2021 showing Not Delivered(COVID-19- OFFICE CLOSED/DOOR LOCKED).

                                        They have taken money through online payment without mentioning that I have to submit my documents to them via post or courier which includes rare documents such as arms license, copy from local mla and many others which are difficult to find among common people
