Double application generated

Hello team initially I have applied for pan card and entered all the details, while trying to do the payment the transaction got failed.

So I had to do the process again by filling details and do the payment. Now I got my application generated twice. My two application I’d are
1. OrderID is SR-[protected]LO
2. Your OrderID is SR-[protected]LO

Please let me know how can I get refund....

Hard copy of pan card not submitted yet

I had send my pan card application form with id proof to given address but pan card status shows that the application form is not received with hard copy.

For application not received PAN Card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had Send my PAN card Application form in hard copy along with proof (OrderID is SU-[protected]N) on 18/05/2021 through DTDC courier service. After tracking ON 26th May 2021 showing Not Delivered(COVID-19- OFFICE CLOSED/DOOR LOCKED).

Kindly look into the matter.

Fraud Online Pan card providing service

They have taken money through online payment without mentioning that I have to submit my documents to them via post or courier which includes rare documents such as arms license, copy from local mla and many others which are difficult to find among common people...
