Charging money online application for PAN Card and then asking to courier documents

I applied for issue of duplicate PAN through PANIND website. They charged me Rs.107. I applied for online application but still they are asking to courier supporting documents such as Passport and Aadhar copies. This is illegal. Below is the Order ID and Payment ID:

Pancard delay issue

This company doesn't not have any way to contact them. They have my documents from last 18 days for which send me a email 12 days earlier and along with that they send me a coupon code to track my pancard status. But there site doesn't work. It's does not take any input which you entre. It's totally fake company. I don't understand after so many complaints against them why they still allow to operate. Please take strict action against them...

It's not good for this problem with panind
