I am Himanshu Walyat. I applied Pan Card on 29 January 2020.
Now Date is 18 February 2020. Panind Company is not provide any information about my Pan Card and company not replying my email and helpline number is not working . Panind charged Rs.499 for Pan Card.

    I had applied for a new pan card as my previous card was damaged. However after filling all the details and making the payments, i did not get the application form on my email and there is no response from the customer care. Please look into this as i want a refund since this seems like a scam to me.

    We already send application form on your register mail ID. As soon as we receive your application (hard copy) our team will look into it and process it.

    Just tell me how long it will be till when I get the Pan card. My work has stalled. You are saying that today will be tomorrow, not even picking up the phone.Please let me know soon I request you. If you do it online as soon as you come online, you are not even taking calls.Oh sir how many days now do I have to wait for my card. Whether it is going to get Your call is not even taken for how many months it has been I now think your side is a throw.

      I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me Rs.499/-. But I found out that I can apply in NSDL and at Rs.110. I have paid around Rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so I want to cancel my application. And I need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

      I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount I paid

        I applied for pan online using their website... Paid rs.499/- online the amount got deducted and i did not receive an y acknowledgement... I tried to contact them via customer care but did not get any response... Even after many attempts... Later i requested for the refund of my amount since i did not receive any feedback after many followups via email... After may emails once i got a feedback that i will get my refund... But after that there were no further response... Even after 3 months i have not received my money back... Beware of such fraud website... Hope the authorities will take suitable actions against such fraud websites...

          For blank application form of pan card online application they have a responsibility... They have started rupees 499 and it's ridiculous that they have not given a safe and worthy reply... To be frank the system works well until online payment is made... After that it sticks of... We are stepping towards safer and digital india... But scam websites like *panind* drawdown indian citizens from being digitalised... Please do refund 499 rupees back for my account... Many of them have been cheated by this scam website... Please do block such scam websites which really are great big worst hurdles for digitalization and development of our nation... Thank you

            This is to inform yourself that i have applied for my duplicate Pan card which was untraceable/deemed to be lost from this website.But after searching the full details i came to know a option for reprint of pan card, which i successfully conducted on the website & got my pancard reprinted.so my job is done.
            As such it is to mention i made a payment fee of Rs 499 to ur a/c on line videAxis bank kondwah pune on[protected] PUR/RIGARO EWORKS LLP/110018.Avbl.Now the refund be initiated in my favour.

                Hi team,

                I have applied for correction of my pan card on 11th feb 2020
                (Order id - aj - [protected]cr).
                However, i later applied for cancellation of the same.
                I have not submitted my documents to panind and have requested for refund of rs.499 as no service is provided for me.
                The customer care agreed on the same and said would revert with an email.
                I have no email from them for the refund and the customer care is not giving a proper response.
                Please could you help me with the refund.

                  I have paid 499 rupees for a pan card photo & signature change and sent the all required to the mentioned address. Since then i haven't received any inputs on this, i have sent all relevant documents needed, they acknowledged that they received the documents and will b generating a coupon number which they haven't sent till now.

                  As well when checking the status, its mentioned that some documents were missing but they havent mentioned what is missing in it. I've submitted my pand card copy, aadhar, passport copy still they haven't sent me any response.

                        My order id : ra-[protected]n. I have submitted fee rs.1000 on dated 19aug 2019. And send all required documents from speed post dated 27aug 2019 which is reached to u on 30aug 2019. But u said u not received document, and reject my application. And i have to reapply for pan card. Kindly tell me when i speed post u then how it is possible it will not reach to u. I have written so many mail but u did not provide satisfactory answer.

                        This site said to be Apply for PAN card . But its a fraud site which asked for 100 rupees processing fee and deducted 500 rupees. And it's a fake site which does not process your info and pick your calls regarding your queries.

                          Panind online website taking 499 rupees for pan card. Also documents need to send through postal. They charging more money for pan card. I want refund of money and take strict action for them. Also they don't responding to phone call. It is not fair for common man and also to know which web site is authorized and which not by govt for online pan card apply. The panind application is online but total process is offline. They cheat with people. When i search pan card apply the web site is coming first.

                            I have submitted my application (Both online & hard copy) for the correction of my pan data with payment of rs.499/- on 26/12/19.

                            On repeated persuasion a coupon no: g[protected] was given to me on 13/01/2020, but till date i have neither received rectified pan card nor they replied to my phone call/mail sent to them.
                            I think this is a fraudulent website hosted to cheat people.

                              Sir, i was trying to get myself a new pan card online so i went on google to see if i can make one online. So i filled a form on panind.com and they charged me rs 499. I later came to know that the actual cost is only rs 101 and they are charging extra for no reason. So, i am filling this complaint with hopes that i will get my money back.                                 Sir i want to say that i applied for pancard correction on the website panind.com without knowing that website i applied panind.com its big my mistake to invest 499/- for pancard correction. I will contact and email regularly but no response from that fraud website panind.com. So, sir i request to you please help me for my refund as soon as possible.

                                  Inspite of so many messages and the complaints registered, please note that we have not received any progress from your side till date.

                                  Kindly cancel the generation of the pan card and return back the amount to me as soon as possible.

                                  So many months delay is not at all acceptable. We are in the process for the same since august 2019 and there has been no progress what so ever till date.
                                  Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  During apply of PAN Card, he was showing payment Rs.100 and after that he debited Rs.499.00 in my account.

                                      PAN IND Team took 499 rs. and they are not supporting, i will go for consumer court.

                                      i hope they will handle the same, because they are doing this for all customer who paid them.

                                      at least they will be aware about the fraud company.
