My new pan card order id is "[protected]" In process status it was written as "application withheld for processing. Documents awaited from applicant. Call attempted on 10/12/2019 call not picked. Email sent to registered email id : [protected]@gmail.com on 10/12/2019. Kindly check your inbox as well as spam folder.". I had already couriered the hard copy of application via dtdc courier (Tracking no. K[protected] which was delivered on 07-dec-2019. I had written two mails regarding this to [protected]@panind.com, but no response found. Was this information helpful? | |||

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
