Dear team, With reference to our order no. St-[protected]n, please note we have couriered copies of the passport and aadhar card through professional courier vide awb no.20689087 on 24.10.2019 and we are yet to receive the pan card. Have sent reminders on 22nd november and today too for the same. No replies received for the same. Tried to contact but line not going through. Request you to kindly provide tel no. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
