Panind — transfer amount but response nil

Dear sir,
My pan card lost last 4 to five days. I am apply dublicate pan card from panind site. Form completed and pay rs 499 at my corporation atm dabit card, after deduction of amount not respond or receipt give me.
My pan card no is akdpg6438p. My bank is corporation bank. And card no is [protected]
So please solve my problem or refund my amount.
