I have purchased cloth for rs.4838.50 from pantaloons fashion & retail, prozone mall, aurangabad on 20 th december 2017. Payment made by sbi debit card transaction no othpos[protected]. At the time of billing your executive advised me to pay by sbi debit card and you will get 5% cash back with in 45 days. I regret to inform you that till date 45 days have been completed but 5% cash back has not been received in my account. Therefore, please look into the matter & do the needful. Made shopping from pentaloon from Kumar pacific mall pune. Purchased clothes which consists the price inclusive of all taxes. However the person on counter was adding taxes again so I had a talk with him. The manager over there was not responding and was totally ignoring. It was so disrespectful you have to look after this.
